I placed an order in October, when it arrived it would not turn on, had to contact Save on Laptops via email as they do not have a customer service department on pre sales, I had to wait for an email to be told to contact Lenovo for a code, which I then had to email SOL's.

After waiting for another email which contained my returns number I had to go on to the SOL's website so I could send the faulty laptop back, which I had to take to a local collect plus shop.

I Waited nearly a week for an email to say they had tested the laptop and indeed it was faulty. I then had to send another email to confirm my address.

Why does everything have to be by email?????????

Anyway replacement laptop arrived, and same problem again, Faulty.

Managed to phone and actually speak with returns, this time they arranged for the laptop to be picked up from my home, after going onto their website to arrange the collection.

Four working days later another email to say it was faulty, I phoned again and was told I could not speak to returns it had to be an email. Not happy. Another email sent and got an phone call back. Eventually requested a refund.

Poor customer service.
