I am a small business owner and suffering a laptop crash purchased an acer laptop from save on laptops. I also purchased office software at the same time.
I found the service ran smoothly (although the web ordering process was a little confusing) until receipt of the items. The laptop was fine- as expected and no problems. The office software was also delivered fine but I realized after taking delivery i had ordered the wrong software.
This is where the company fell flat on their face in my view! I emailed to request a refund for the software which was refused. I then called and spoke to a rep who said it was not policy to refund for the software as I was a company! I'm not sure how this works but I believe they are in breach of consumer rights. I could not be bothered to argue the issue further but I would recommend that no-one use this company based on their shoddy after care and refund policy.
