I recently ordered my 3rd device from Save on Laptops but I am not sure I will use them again until their delivery service improves.

I placed an order on Saturday morning and paid for next day delivery. The computer eventually arrived on Wednesday lunchtime after we had wasted most of the previous day waiting for a delivery which never happenend - despite a couple of calls and 2 e-mails.

The same morning I ordered a chair from another company which came on the Monday and I received a text to say what time I needed to be home.

The computer is perfect but the delivery process if far from the best!
