These guys gave us a faulty product. To be fair, they've taken it back for repair whenever we've complained. The problem is they can't fix it.
My complaint: they don't give refunds.
So let me get this straight Portable Universe, you sell faulty gear which you won't (or cannot?) refund.
If you're thinking of using them, don't. It may be a cheaper option, but what's the point if they give you a product that's worthless which they then won't refund. Off to the small claims court for me.
