Ongoing issues with them. Bought a refurb Macbook for £190 on Wowcher. It had dead battery ("Replace now", it says... Even my well-used five-year-old Macbook says "Replace soon"!) and they are asking ME for money to send it back for them to assess, or £25 for a new battery which I have to instal myself.
Really rude and unhelpful customer service. They claim to ring you back (too busy -- presumably dealing with hordes of other complaints!) and never do. No interest in trying to make me feel better or satistfied.

THIS IS NOT WOWCHER'S FAULT. They have been superbly polite and helpful in my plight to achieve some sort of resolution.
