Having purchased a lap top last year experienced no issue's with it until it was time for my Norton review since I didn't want Norton I went to PC world for new virus protection.
I purchased Mcafee total took it home uninstalled Norton installed Mcafee.
Big mistake completely froze my pc.
Went back to pcworld where they charged me £25 they put right a product they had sold me obviously everything was my fault as you would expect.
PCworld rip off company full of the proverbial bull they wouldn't let me complete the words
