“Poor Service Response”

After purchasing Barnes&Nook Screen Protector the assistant kindly made enquiries as I am 77yrs old if some one could fit 1 for me. I was advised by a senior member of staff that there would be a minimum charge of £15.00 which I respectfully declined, the assistant seemed embarrassed by the senior member of staff's attitude over such a simple request. It will be a long time before I darken your portals again.
