“Replacement of a defective Hi Fi unit.”

My wife and I were received in a most friendly manner and, after we explaining the problems / symptoms being experienced with the Hi Fi system, the in-store assistant quickly established our entitlement to a replacement under the guarantee and offered us a range of choices. We chose an identical brand new Hi Fi system because that particular model exactly fitted our particular home entertainment needs.
The exchange administration was straightforward and completed without fuss or complication and in a very short time we were returning home feeling satisfyingly impressed by the care and attention given to us by the Currys/PC World staff.
We shall certainly return for future purchases.
