I like PC world. You have a good selection of products which are well displayed. However, your procedures for providing a business customer with a VAT tax invoice are nothing short of ludicrous and cumbersome.
The customer virtually has to plead with a sales assistant who then makes
you sit down for 15 minutes while he gathers all sorts of details.
In fact I did this yesterday but still have not received a VAT invoice which I was told would be emailed to me. This has not happened.
You do not provide goods at zero VAT. Therefore, by law, you must provide a VAT invoice.
I am not only a customer but also a shareholder.
This is not the first time I have had difficulty getting a VAT invoice out of you.
Sort your VAT procedures out or will lose custom including mine.
