Great prices, reasonable costumer service, good kit.

I recently ordered four similar machines from PC Specialist. For the most part everything went to plan. However one machine wouldn't boot, which we figured to be a power supply problem.

A large part of our decision to source kit with PC Specialist was our close proximity to the company, we want to support local business when possible and it's normally a good idea should anything go wrong, not to mention the reasonable prices we were quoted.

I called to see if we could sort our dead PC urgently as we needed it for work purposes, after a little back and forth over the phone I was told that I could pick up a part from the warehouse, however they couldn't fix it for me as they were very busy, which I did not doubt. However I was a little miffed at this because we'd paid for fast track and spent a lot of money with the company.

Regardless I took the PC to the warehouse as we didn't have the tools at the office to sort the issue. When at the office the staff were super polite and got my issue resolved very quickly. Ultimately we we're fully up and running on the day and happy with our kit.

I felt that given my obvious need for haste with my issue and the fact we were literally down the road, PC Specialist could have been a little more receptive to promptly dealing with our situation.

This minor bump in the road aside, overall we're happy with the service and will endeavor to use PC Specialist again in future. I could have glossed over this and given a straight forward review, but I felt that there are easy lessons to be learned from this to provide a much more satisfying customer experience.

I genuinely hope the review is useful as I do believe PC Specialist to be a solid, dependable company.
