1. Wrong power lead.
2. Computer would not start.
3. The lead to the SSD was not connected.
4. The technician could not connect it properly because it is too short.
5. The technician had another lead but could not connect it because he was not permitted to remove the graphics card.
6. The technician has pushed the lead in as far as he can but it is not connected properly and he tells me it could come out.
7. There is a very bright red light showing on the mother board which stays on.
8. I rang PC Specialist and was told that the red light showed that the hard drive was working.
9. I do not know how old the monitor is but it was dusty around the top right hand corner which I have now cleaned.
10. Having paid over £2000 I cross my fingers every time I switch on and hope my brand new computer will start OK.
11. Overall I am disappointed with this purchase
