This is the 9th computer we have purchased from PC Specialists. We have found their service excellent. The customer is kept informed at every stage of the build and dispatch process. We have had one or two issues which we needed help with, any concerns were quickly addressed by technical staff. It is very useful to have the telephone delay statistics shown on screen to have some idea how long you will have to wait before speaking to support.
