Was ordering a pc for my son, not knowing anything about it I called and spoke to a very pleasant adviser who guided me through the ordering of parts, even explained to me about getting a case sent that my son wanted.
Order was placed and delivered within 5 days "paid for that service" I got e mail updates as they processed and built the order, son got his pc in time for his birthday.

Easy helpful call staff, wouldn't hesitate recommending this company.
Son loves his PC, no problems at all plugged in & was ready to go.
