Great Service & Great Machine

I had looked at a number of different companies all doing similar things to PC Specialist, and the first thing that struck me was that the PC Specialist Website is by far the best. It allowed me to choose all the components I needed, providing all information needed on each. It was able to spot incompatibilities before going to the build stage, and offered good advice on which components would work best together.
When I came to placing the order, I needed to ask a question about compatibility with my own graphics card, and I called up tech support. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me without being pushy about maximizing the sale. On comparison with other similar vendors, there was very little price difference for the cost of the full system.
No surprises (hidden costs, unexpected delays, etc) when I came to place the order, and the machine arrived on time, exactly as expected. I'm delighted with the result.
