I recently made an order to OcUK for a couple of PSU cable extenders, unfortunately due to product similarity the wrong cable was sent out. However after contacting the store via their WebNote system, and a complimentary post in their Customer Service Forums I had a swift response in under 2 hours of the next working day.

The helpful gentleman arranged for a free replacement of the missing item, dispatched within 30 minutes of our email exchange.

Can't ask for more than that, excellent service all round and a credit to the store. I just wish other stores had this level of support dedication to their customer base.
