Had nothing but trouble from the start. If you want to speak to someone regarding sales then you will get through straight away, customer services however is about 10minutes. Here is a timeline of what happened -

1.24th September - Received a damaged laptop after spending over £449 of hard earned money. Phoned immediately and was told that I should send photos to "speed up the process". Also told that a Manager would contact me WITHIN 36 HOURS to explain the next steps.




2. 26th September - 36 hours later and I had not received a phone call therefore I decided to phone. I was on hold for 10 minutes before speaking to someone who said that someone will phone me back within 24 hours.

3. 27th September - 24 hours later and still not received a phone call therefore I decided to phone again and was told that my damaged laptop would be delivered on Friday but was not given a time. Also informed that the laptop I had received was out of stock so a member of the sales team would contact me to discuss options. This phone call lasted 18 minutes and cost me £10 with my mobile phone provider.




4. 28th September - I was not given a time of pick up therefore I had to phone yourselves again to be told that I had to contact the delivery service. I phoned DPD and was told that there was no pick up for myself scheduled for today. Phone you again and was then given a time slot of delivery. These phone calls to yourselves had cost me £5 with my mobile phone provider.




5. 29th September - Laptop was picked up.




6. 2nd October - Had an email from them saying that they laptop was with an engineer who was going to do an examination.




7. 4th October - Had an email saying that they were going to send out a replacement. Had a separate email saying that the laptop was out of stock and that a member of sales team was contacting me "shortly"




8. 6th October - Sent an emessage to them saying that I had not had a phone call which I did not get a response to.




9. 7th October - Sent another emessage which I did not get a response to




10. 9th October - It has now been two weeks since the damaged laptop came and I have still not got a phone call about having another laptop.
