TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

I bought a sleep rist montor as a Christmas gift
did not really no much about them but wanted to start a diet in the new year and
I saw this rist band on uk hot deals at a sale price so clicked on the link to take me to laptops direct website who were selling it,
I put it my basket but decided not to buy it as I did not know enough about them,
an hour later I had a phone call from laptops direct and the sales person convinced me to buy it,
This was on the 10th December 2014 when it arrived my Husband wrapped it up and put it away for Christmas for me,
On Christmas day my Husband struggled most of the day trying to get it to work for me with no luck it just kept saying not compatable with my tab,
I was so dissapointed and anoyed that they could sell me this on the phone and not tell me any of this information,
as soon as they opened up after the New Year I rang them explaining that this was
sold to me under false pretences that I should have been given all the information relevent to the product,
they said they would be in touch by email when they had looked into my complaint,
I received an email from them asking me to complete there questionare
which I did,
a week later they rang and told me I could not return it because I should have asked
if it would work with my computor,
this to me is a disgusting service I have never bought from this company before and
never intend to do so again and will tell all my friends, relations etc not to do so
and I will also go on as many review centres I can find to let people know how they trick you into buying unsuitable products and what a terrible customer service they offer,
I am having trading standards help me get my money back.
