if you haven't realised this company is actually Laptopsdirect.co.uk, Debenhamsplus.com and BHSdirect.co.uk, I can confirm through emails to Debenhams Head office and BHS Head office that all three companies are legit. So although it may take some time you will receive your product. My only complaint is confusion?? And customer service
