“NO! on InstaInk”

HP will control use of your printer with or without your permission with Insta Ink. We signed up thinking delivered ink was a great idea. We never got our ink. We could no longer wait and bought elsewhere but could not use the printer without paying more money to Insta Ink. Finally, after insisting on cancelling, we had to factory reset to use our already purchased device. Still could not get the printer to work with a message to "update payment info" after cancellation. No one should be FORCED to rely on one source FOR INK and OPERATION. HECK NO. DON'T DO IT. If you have a deadline and something gets "lost in the mail" your done. Your printer will not operate PERIOD.

“Awful Customer Service! They take pride in saying, "N-O"”

N-OI ordered 2 higher end laptops for Christmas gifts nearly 2 months ahead of time. HP came back saying that the order was scheduled to ship on December 24, 2021 and arrive in early January 2022. Hmmm, okay... I asked if the ship to address could be changed so that the computers would ship directly to the gift recipients instead? I made this request a month ahead of the ship date. A delighted, "we Won't do it" came back from HP Customer Service. I've dealt with HP before and this same lack of helpfulness or care has always been the case. I should have known... I general, HP equipment is good but DO NOT EXPECT ANY SORT OF HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE- EVER!! And, they always blame someone else to boot. Plus the HP support site seldom works. In general, an awful customer experience company.

“dont ever subscribe to HP”

The HP email system does not every unsubscribe you. You keep getting their emails. After the incredibly poor service from them I will never buy another product from them so obviously dont want any more emails.

“Never ever any product from this company”

I am writing this with lot of disappointment and frustration. They don’t care for the customers, No communication, No response and delay in all they do. If you ever order something from them, you are putting yourself in a big trap. I have ordered a HP Notebook - 15-bs576tx laptop from HP shopping site on Aug 28. The expected delivery date when i entered the pin code was 4 to 5 business days. With the same expectation i had ordered the laptop and an acknowledgment has received with the status 'order processing'. After couple of days i received an update stating the delivery as on Sep 29. This is the first time i tried to reach them via the toll free number and the email, to cancel the order. Unfortunately the call was never attended and no response for the emails. Around four days back i have received an SMS stating it is shipped and a tracking id is given. When i tried to track in fedex site, it is mentioned the tracking id is not valid. Again i tried to contact the support but no use. After 15 days the fedex delivered the laptop. i thought of forgetting all the pains and losses which i had during those 15 days. But when i have opened the package the first thing i saw is the CRACK beside the left hinges. i had lost many work due to the wrong promise of delivery and they did not provide an option for cancellation. No communication, no responses and at the end receiving a faulty piece of laptop. Now the suffer is not ending. After so much difficulty, i have raised a case. They are giving an option of replacement by receiving a call in another 48 hours from service center, then inspection will happen in another 48 hours, then couple of days for processing...and if all goes well they will send the replacement, that can take another month to deliver. I have asked for a refund,. Now 24 hrs passed, no emails, no calls..still waiting for a communication.

“Terrible user experience, appallingly clunky an web...”

The site still doesn't accept email domains such as '.consulting', ',legal' etc. 3 years after being introduced. The site doesn't recognise UK VAT numbers, in any format, so for a business user, your VAT won't appear on the invoice. Couldn't login again after ordering - didn't recognise my username/password. Don't buy through this site if you can possibly do it another way.

“Stay Away”

Ordered a computer on Black Friday. Was given a ship date of December 12, 2016 with an arrival date of December 19, 2016. On December 12th I received and email indicating he computer would not ship until December 19th. I called customer service and was informed they would expedite shipping for free to ensure I got the computer by Christmas. I read many reviews on line and realized this computer would not be here by Christmas. I called and spent an hour on the phone to cancel the order. They went ahead and shipped the computer anyway. I then get an email that they are sorry the computer would not be here in time for Christmas. I filled out their customer survey and expressed my displeasure with the store. I then got an email from someone at the hP.Store.Survey with a file they had pulled from my computer. Stay far away from this company.

“Very poor online ordering process”

In today's competitive market, most online order sites offers proactive tracking and order status. HP however prefers "Old School"... place an order via HP.com and you never hear back with the status or if / when the order will ship.

“Don't Shop Here”

I ordered a computer from the on Black Friday that I think they knew they couldn't deliver. They strung me along until after Black Friday and Cyber Monday were past. Only when I called to ask why my product hadn't shipped did they acknowledge that they didn't have and and the CANCELLED my confirmed order. Don't shop here. They don't honor their deals.

“Defective computers and customer services”

Purchased a HP 250 G5 Notebook only to find it defective. Customer support unable to resolve problem and after great difficulty a DOA form was raised to enable return. Replacement arrived only to be found with a very similar problem. Again through all the hoops with customer support. Offered another replacement which was declined and a refund requested. No letter of apology from customer services. Refund was not forthcoming so correspondence with CEO team, search engine will provide address, complaining about poor customer support, services and quality control. Following intervention from CEO staff a refund arrived. Would not under any circumstances recommend any purchase from the HP Store UK.

Only one is in good working condition 2 have been nothing but trouble I have been on the phone with their tech service for 45 minutes and all they say is can you plug it in and unplug it NEVER AGAIN

“Unbelievably Horrible Website”

HP's online store is the biggest joke of a website I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Seriously. The site continually loops you back to the home page. Lags tremendously when attempting to change pages or edit a configuration of a PC. After spending a good part of my day (thanks to the horrific speed of the site) configuring PC's to compare and decide which to purchase, I returned with card in hand to check out and my cart is empty? Attempting to rebuild the computer I had previously configured I am giving nothing but a blue screen saying the site is down because they are making upgrades to their system. Might be believable if I hadn't seen this same message three times in the past month. I've always had HP laptops but I think it's time to make a change. How could I confidently buy a new computer from a computer company that can't even produce a workable web store. Ridiculous. HP is surely not what it used to be and just lost another customer. Looks like Lenovo's site works just fine.

“Rubbish At Best”

Ordered aHP AIO PC,arrived DOA,so finally after3 messed up collections from couriers,I managed to get it returned for a full refund,which took 3 weeks,was promised a goodwill gesture, meantime I ordered another HP AIO, very expensive model low and behold the HDD failed within 7 days,another nightmare,I'm still waiting on Goodwill gesture from HP,I'd never buy another HP PC ever! dishonest company,please avoid like the Plague.

“Horrible customer service”

I will never by another HP product again! I purchased a printer less than 5 months ago and it will not turn on. I called HP to only find out that there customer service is based out of the US Phillipians to be exact. I was on the phone for over an hour speaking with someone that did not speak English clearly who did not explain the proper way to ship my product so I had to make several trips to Fecdex and it's taking them weeks to send me a refurbished printer. Poor customer service

“Can't Deliver”

My first indication should have been how clunk the website is and how much extra script is running on the site. Shopping was not smooth. But I still purchased a stock laptop from the HP web store on the Thanksgiving weekend. I just found out it won't be delivered until after Christmas. Who buys something around Thanksgiving and wants it after Christmas? The stock laptop has to be "customized" even through I didn't order a customization. I tried to chat with customer service on their website, but was dropped three times before I got through. Once I got through, customer service was unwilling/unable to expedite the order and/or shipping. Don't waste you time a money with an HP. Get an ACER or order from Google.

“Ho hope for this company with such awful service”

I tried to order a £1000 ultrabook from the UK online store (Spectre X360). It failed twice and was successful the third time but I received no confirmation. After CS didn't seem to know what was happening I checked with the bank who confirmed that the Credit Card payment had gone through. I recontacted CS who did not return my call after investigating. So I rang them again. This assistant was helpful apologised and said I would receive a refund in a few days. He offered me a discount to complete the order so I went ahead with the new order being promised it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't and the following day the order was still not processed. So that's is two lots of payments they now hold and still no product or even any idea of when product might ship. My advice is to AVOID. No wonder the company is in trouble.

“HP Canada Missing Battery for HP Envy Notebook - 17-n078ca”

Recieved a notebook from HP Canada's online store, it came without a battery. Phoned customer service, and was told that sometimes this happens!!! They told me I would have to send whole notebook back, then they would send me a new notebook which may or may not have a battery in it. They do not stock just the battery. They refused to have the warehouse just open up another box and courier the battery to me. I could not imagine Dell, Apple, or Lenovo having such poor manufacturing safeguards! I learn my lesson to never buy HP again.

“Seller of ink cartriges”

I have an HP 6520 TERRIBLE! While it prints well expect to spend a lot of money on printer cartridges. I don't do a lot of printing but I have already spent more money on cartridges than on the printer. HP is a seller of ink not printers. DON'T BUY!!
