Excellent Service

I am a silver surfer, and no nothing about computers. If it goes when I switch it on the OK.
The other Sunday when I tried to log onto the internet, I got a message that it had crashed.
I turned to Guruaid, and when I explained what had happened the technician calmed me down by saying they could fix it that afternoon, without having to take my computer away.
Talking me through the procedure, we eventually got onto the internet, and then I sat back as they took control and sorted the problem out, at the same time deleting all unwanted files, that were slowing my computer down, and a couple of hours later my computer was back working again.
I signed up for a three year annual maintenance plan, that means any problem I can contact them 24/7, and they will sort the problem out.

I would recommend Guruaid to any of my friends and family should they ever been in the same position as me that Sunday Afternoon.
