I have used guruaid many times, all with total satisfaction. I have used two other tech support companies befor i found guruaid, and was never involved with the process like one is with guruaid. this is important as it allows one to be part of the process and ask questions at any time...sweet! there is a bit of a stumble with the first phone contact in regards with regional dialect, USA vs INDIA, but is is not a big deal, clearly outweighed by the wonderfull service one gets thereafter. going through the exit process of being asked if one if totally satisfied is testimony to guruaids commitmentto fine service..guruaid is the best!!!!!
