If you pay for expensive overnight delivery on an 'in-stock' item, there is no guarantee of receiving anything the next day, or in fact the next month. The small print says, and I quote

'If you chose our "next day delivery" option this means your order will be delivered the day after we dispatch, rather than the day after you ordered.'

Unhelpful customer service., who confirmed there was no stock.

Used to be good, but now my company will never use these suppliers again.
