“Not worth one star actually”

This company sent out faulty goods. When we called to resolve the issue they refused to speak to us. We had to return the faulty goods at our own expense and they refunded a part of the postage. They sent us a credit note but no refund. Raised a dispute with paypal who fortunately, after much wrangling with dabs, refunded our money. Buyer beware with this company. That are responsible for our worst ever experience buying from the internet. The customer service is non existent and if it wasn't for the fact we paid with paypal we would not have been refunded. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH HEARTACHE IT WILL CAUSE. Despite knowing that we were pensioners who were really strapped for cash and desparate for a replacement computer to speak to our kids they made us wait for months for a refund, which eventually PayPal decided in our favour. No thanks to dabs who used every delaying tactic to avoid refunding us.
