Awful company. Have now sent me 2 defective spin bikes, most recently today which has the same issue as the first and are now refusing refund, they just want to send me more broken bike. Cannot recommended a single thing about the company. They also asked me to return the item at my own cost for a defective item.

Stay well clear of this company, send out damaged goods then expect you to pay for return postage. Rude emails, CEO has his fingers in too many pies! Stop ripping people off.

This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Item they provided has become faulty after just three months and they expect me to send it back. Nothing untoward about that until you realise it is an electronic treadmill which weighs a tonne. Not to mention I will be out of pocket. Please never use them...they take your money and run a mile. I have contacted Watchdog about them I am so incensed!!

Hi had treadmill from wowcher from blue unplugged fast delivery, there it ended did'nt work has taken a month to return. The onus was on me even though their item was faulty cost me over £35 all in they were totally not interested. Avoid at all costs as you get no customer service at all.

I ordered a treadmill through Wowcher from Blue Unplugged on Tuesday night and it was delivered on Friday. Item was exactly as expected and fantastic value. Couldn't have asked for anymore.

Ordered a phone case. after 6 weeks sent an e-mail, no reply, tried to phone them no answer. Would not use or recommend Blue unplugged.

If you are considering purchasing from them please think again. Goods never arrive, contact with them once order is placed is impossible, they take your money and treat you like idiots. There are much more trustworthy and reliable sites to purchase from out there, please consider purchasing from somewhere else, somewhere with even a tiny bit of respect for their customers is better than this lot.

The item I ordered never turned up so I emailed them but never got a response. I later found that the money had been returned by paypal. Never ever use!!

Item never arrived (which was going to be a present), no answer to phone calls (tried many times at various times of day), no response to messages left (left one each time answering machine kicked in), no response to emails (many sent), wish I could give 0 stars. All they had to do was say the order could not be completed so I would not have wasted my time and effort chasing up. AVOID. Had to have paypal refund.

I ordered the goods, which was in stock according to their website. 10 days later nothing. I sent them an email, to which they responded asking me to check the local royal mail sorting office, Which I did, to now avail, because did not and would not supply me with a tracking code. I continued to contact them for the next 2 weeks by email and telephone. They have not responded to either. Never again. I will spread the word not to use this site. I really wish that I had read these reviews on this site before I parted with my money.

I ordered from blueunplugged on 19th nov 2012 , this was a pre order for christmas gifts for my grandchildren. after trying 100's of times to contact them via telephone and email I still have never recieved a reply (as of june 2013). As my order was a pre order awaiting for stocks to come in I was not unduly worried at first but them when started reading peoples reviews i tried to contact them but their site went under construction? but they had a link for an account on ebay so treid to contact them there but again no reply, so decided to contact paypal for a refund but unfortunately i was then out of my 30/40 claim period so they could not do anything for me, i contact customer support at paypal again and they just said the same. since then i have continuously rang and emailed blue unplugged and still no replies to this date (27th june 2013) I have lost out on £51.79 and grandchildrens gifts ...also to note even though my order was originally a pre order...blue unplugged had them as in stock a couple of weeks after i paid for them so waited longer as expected them to arrive in post) please avoid this company at all costs, i wish i had looked up reviews for the company before buying as would not have purchased the items but as it was coming up to christmas I just wanted to make sure i had got the gifts...a very silly mistake. if anyone out there knows what i can do i would be really grateful thankyou

I wish I had read these other reviews before purchasing from this business. I would have given them zero stars if it was possible. I paid with Paypal, did not receive any correspondence from them and item has never turned up.After reading the other reviews I now know this is no accident! Now their website is "under construction". I strongly urge you NOT to buy anything from this business ever.

i had the same happen to me, i placed a pre order with them on 19 nov 2012, and waited and waited, but nothing, tried ringing , emailing etc etc with no answers to either, then their website decided to go under construction and they set up on ebay aswell so treid contacting them there aswell with no reply, ended up contacting paypal for a refund but they said i was outside the deadline of 30/40? days to claim so lost out on £51.79 for grandchildrens supposed christmas gifts,now dont know how to claim,anyone any ideas please

I ordered ( in Nov.) present for my little douther and im still waiting for delivery. i called so many times but they never answer. i wrote about ten emails and they never reply. What is wrong whit those people??? They cheated many customers. they shoud pay for this. Give me my money back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We ( customers) shoud go to the court.

I ordered a present for my nephews birthday in advance but three weeks later still hadn't recieved item. I called the phone number on there website and no answer must have called more then 20 times. Emailed no reply, just rediculus. Put a claim in via paypal so just got my money refunded now. They shouldn't be able to opperate in this manner. Don't bother looking at them, save your money and time.

I ordered my mobile cover and after many day when i did not received my mobile cover. I called them on their cusotmer services number, emailed them but no reply.
I don't know how to get my money back.
They should be banned from operating online shop.

Should have checked out the reviews before I ordered. Item "should" be in stock 2-7 days. Money taken straight away. Confirmation of order email received but nothing since, and that was nearly 3 weeks ago. Telephone is not answered.

Never received them item, will not answer phone calls or emails. Since it's past PayPal's time to submit a request for refund, I'm screwed. Luckily it's only $12, but still...

Totally, pqthetic and rude behaviour and service, ordered a battery for a phone when phoned after a week they said it has been sent to the wrong address and 15 days later, they dont even answer the phone, 17th day, got through to them at last, when asked about my goods the answer was rude and abrupt. I said to them that I have read the reviews online, they put down the phone on me instead of apologising for poor service, customer service is a joke and they feel they are doing a favour to us, very rude guy and disgusting service and behaviour, should b dismissed from business category. They refunded me and said dont want to deal with customers who read reviews and judge a business, doesnt even deserve one star...

Blueunplugged takes your mony and don't send the item that you have paid. They don't answer to any e-mails of phone calls. Thay must be making a lot of money, fraudolently keeping the money of the clients. They ought to go to jail for fraud.

I ordered an item from Blueunplugged approximately 8 weeks ago. I ordered the correct item as I always check and double check before ordering anything. The item arrived in good time but I had been sent the wrong item. I telephoned them to advise of this and to ask about returning the item and the guy on the phone had the nerve to argue with me and tell me it was my fault for ordering the wrong item!. After a minute of me trying to get my point across he admitted the item I ordered had the wrong code against it and when orders get to the warehouse they are shipped by product code. I returned the item to them and even had to pay postage and provide postage proof as I was promised the postage would also be refunded!. 6 weeks on and I am still waiting even though my account on Blueunplugged shows Refunded. I call them today and the guy I spoke to said he could only see Refunded and he would need to speak to his manager to see the state of the refund!. Rubbish company and awful service. Avoid at all costs, pay the extra from a more reputable company

They have done the same to me. Order the tread mill it arrived faulty returned worked for 3 weeks and again faulty. No replies to my emails or calls. Bought through woucher they are no help.
