Good when all goes well - reasonable prices and fast delivery.
However the day after delivery they contacted me to say they had sent the wrong hard drive. Very nicely they said I could have a free upgrade if I returned the drive. So I returned the drive and asked for the promised free upgrade.
A week later and I get an e-mail offering a credit note for the value of the drive plus 5.00 GBP. When I telephone them I am told the offer of the upgrade had been withdrawn but I could have the drive I originally ordered.
A further two weeks later and no hard drive.
I have now requested a refund instead.
Not much hope it seems as another week has already passed...
