I placed an online order with Zara, I was told to expect delivery on Friday then Saturday, Monday etc you can see a pattern is emerging ! When I traced my order with the tracking no. it said the Courier had attempted delivery, this was not the case as I was at home each time. When I emailed Myhermes to explain they said it wasn't their problem and to contact Zara which I did only to be told the Courier had tried to deliver the goods and would try again the following day. Zara didn't appear to believe me when I said that I was here and the Courier had not "attempted" delivery, I gave both my landline and mobile no. so the Courier could ring as we are not very easy to find, (although other couriers manage to). All extremely frustrating....all I want is my order.
I love Zara but won't ever order online again.
