I have been a regualr customer to Zara, but after my last order with them I will seriously reconsider where I want my money to go!

I bought several items from Zara online shop and never received the items! Hermes says that they delivered my order to the correct address and on the delivery note there even is a 'customer's signature', but I never received my order nor signed for anything! Nor did my neighbours!
I contacted Zara, but I basically have been treated like a liar, and I have been told that no refund or redelivery will be offered as the parcel has been delivered!!!! Requested to speak to the manager but no call so far!!! Will be raising the issue officially!
