DONT SHOP AT ZARA

I purchased 3 business shirt from Doncaster and the following day I returned to exchange the size . As the sales staff was scanning the shirts to return and swap the sizes she asked me where the care label was on one of the shirts to which I replayed I don't know , she then said well we have a problem and left the counter . When she returned she asked me if I had cut off the care label , I said "no I didn't " then she went on to tell me that I could not return that shirt as the label is missing at this point I asked to see the Manager as I didn't remove the tag and I want to exchange the shirt for another size ( at this point another customer at the counter pointed out that this has happened to her before also ) the Manager came out and Basically accused me of cutting the label off and now it would be illegal for him to resell and he also stated that at the point of sale this tag would have been used to sell me all 3 shirts TOTAL LIE AT NO POINT DID THE SALES STAFF UNWRAP ALL THE SHIRTS TO SELL ! I started to get quite annoyed at this stage as I didn't cut off any labels but this got me nowhere I was sent away with a email address for Zara and to my surprise do you think that have replied to my email NO . I'm so disgusted at the way I was treated I will never shop at ZARA again .
