If you value your money! I advise, you do not shop at Zara.ca. They are fast to take your money but hesitant to help you or refund your money when something goes wrong. Recently Zara had a big sale so I thought! Oh great, perfect time to order some things. After placing an order for near $300... The order ended up "missing/lost/stolen/unabletotrace". Zara did nothing to help me with my missing order and advised that I pay proper attention to tracking information in the future. After years of spending my money at Zara, that was the advise I was given after a lost order. Thank you Zara. Do NOT shop at Zara! Very Poor customer service.

Seriously? That's terrible customer service on their behalf. Take it up publicly. Perhaps write on their Facebook page? They might be more inclined to cooperate if 22 million+ followers see your complaint.
