Ordered items from Zara but courier (Hermes) called three times without leaving any contact detials, so parcel returned undelivered. Zara then refused to redeliver to the original address saying they didnt beleive we lived there. We offered an alternative address but parcel did not arrive. Have been told it was delivered and signed for by a mystery woman! No such person exists, and we cant get refund or repalcmeent goods. Absoutely terrible service and appalling response from the customer service centre. Have had no problems like this with any other company we have ordered online from - they all managed to get the parcels delivered to the right address, and always left contact detials of the courier if we were not in, so alternative date could be arranged.
