I've ordered few items on the 16/01/2013 chose the next day delivery and obviously paid more for that. Well it's been one week already and I still haven't received any of those items. I've tried to contact ZARA online help line but it's either constantly busy or nobody is actually picking up the phone. I've filled the contact form but it's still no answer or parcel. The weirdest thing is that on the parcel tracking ( Hermes ) web it says the signature from household have been taken at 14:35 on 18/01/2013. The truth is it WAS NOT. I was home waiting for my delivery but neither the household (me) or my concierge received it. I've never had any problems with shopping online with TopShop or any other stores, but i would NEVER RECOMMEND to shop at ZARA. Terrible.
