Never use this company! Ordered replacement arms for my Tiffany & Co sunglasses. Replacement arms are very poor quality and most definitely not a genuine replacement. Would never use this company or recommend to anyone else. Hopefully Trading Standards will be interested.

Your Designer Sunglasses took from 10/03 to the 02/04 to despatch my item. This is very poor. And I paid £7.95 EXTRA for Express Postage and Packaging. I have writen the following to the Supplier today: Hi Your Designer Sunglasses, Can you please issue a refund for this product as I have not received it yet after almost a month (29 days) since the payment was made to Your Designer Sunglasses. I even paid extra £7.95 for Express Postage and Packing. I have looked on the Royal Mail Tracker and they are not willing to advise on a delivery date as that service was not paid for by the supplier. So I have no timeframe of when this product will be delivered. Please refund as I will puchase these elsewhere, where a better service will be provided.

Absolutly shocking experience. I ordered spare screws from my Prada Linea sunglasses, which didn’t arrive, 4 weeks later I tried calling their contact number but no use. So I emailed to chase my order, although I received a package the very next day following my email, it was just a bag of random screws, they weren’t specific to Prada, just random (some looked used), not one of them fit and not one of them matched the colour or size that I needed. I emailed them back to say very disappointed and wanted a refund, but no response from them. I’ve given up now, just wanted to warn others this isn’t the professional business that they may have you believe. Don’t order from them if you can avoid it, I wish I had gone direct to Prada.

Paid £3.95 for a screw and £6.95 for postage!! Package arrived 10 days later, and actually cost £2.06 to post!!! Disgusting customer service. This company is ripping people off with postage costs that are clearly not express delivery.

WHAT CAN I SAY !! I will never ever shop with YDS again spent over 300 hundred pound on new frames, and what did i get sent ? SPARE PARTS !!! what use are these too me at all ??? After back and forth of Emails i demanded a phone call , there to have the manager known by the name of "JAG" call me and was RUDE! condescending, ARROGANT, talking to the other members of staff shockingly whilst i was still on the phone.. im suprised theres any staff even working there.. After him telling me i didnt have a clue what i was talking about and that i should have been more careful how i placed my order, then to tell me my frames that i DID order were actually DISCONTINUED that i could not be issued a refund!! only exchange.... he then went to put the phone down on me , for me to call back and have a young lady answer the phone, who was so sweet and pleasant and apologised repeatdley for her managers behaviour, this lady helped me out and put my mind at ease for trying to help with the situation, i believe this lady is now on leave, and i have sent emails and emails and noone has replied too me !! I WILL NOT be here on this site again !!.. DO NOT USE BY THE LOOKS OF THINGS AND THESE OTHER REVIEWS THERES NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS BUSINESS >> AND THE MANAGER NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO RESPECT OTHERS AND GET SOME MANNERS !!!!

Replacement " screws" for Designer Sunglasses only £3.99 and the cheapest postal charge is a whopping £6.99!!!! Unable to comment on the remaining service as ordered today, reluctantly, especially as my sunglasses are not even a year old! Let's hope they Arrive for if I wanted them recorded delivery, Postal Charges exceeded £10!

They charged my card, then they sent a mail to me stating that my credit card was not able to pass the verification fraud control and that they cannot complete the order by sending me the goods! Still the card is not refunded with the amount! I'm still trying to find out if it's an actual legal website. Now I'm about to call the National Crime Agency of UK Definitely stay away from them, I doubt also about the reviews on the internet, maybe they're fake too, submitted by them

I've ordered a sunglasses arms on January 7th and received the order confirmation same day. So far there is no update and I have no idea whether it has been shipped or not. Five days backs I sent an email inquiring about the status pf the order and no one replied – this is not acceptable!

Ordered replacement screws for my Ray Ban sunglasses. Delivery is touted as express delivery for which you pay £6.95. Items were dispatched 2nd Class Royal Mail. False advertising which leave a bad taste in the mouth. Essentially they are pocketing £6 more than the 2 nd class stamp costs but leading you to believe it is an express service. Pittyfull!

I found this UK company via the www. Called them up on the phone. Spoke to the staff who gave me sound advice as to the parts I needed. The replacement arms for my Rayban Sunglasses arrived the next day, in perfect condition and they were an exact fit. Hassle free service and a big saving on the cost of my only other option which would be to have bought a new pair of Rayban Sunglasses.

I needed replacement lenses for two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses. When I checked the Ray-Ban site, the lenses for one pair were no longer stocked. I asked Your Designer Sunglasses if they could order lenses. Not only were they able to do so, they altered their website specially to allow me to order. I asked for delivery to be delayed until I returned from holiday and the lenses have been delivered on the day promised. The courier company used was also very efficient in letting me know exactly when the lenses would be delivered. A brilliant service which I would highly recommend. They went out of their way to make the whole process as easy as possible.

I ordered replacement arms and they arrived with an extra part which attaches to the fronts missing. I called and the woman was distant on the phone and i couldn't work out if she was still there or not. She said please e-mail pictures i said i can do that now........she said it might not come through yet because other people may be trying to e-mail too.......complete rubbish......there shouldn't be a hold up in e-mail server que for an e-mail......i tried sending many e-mails and they weren't being delivered just coming back. I called the woman and she was trying to tell me that I ordered the wrong parts but i haven't. Also the arms aren't the same shape as with mine.......she said they have to be fitted to my head which was never explained before.......when i bought them the fit was fine so not sure what thats all about. They also have different information on the insides of the arms different to my AUTHENTIC Ralph Lauren glasses........I'm not sure they are legitimate arms and still 5 hours later i can't get through to their e-mail....... FUMING!!!

I bought, what there was described on the webside, a pair of Gucci designersunglasses. but I only received the glasses without the frames! What is that about!! I can not wear the glasses whitout the frames! now I have written to them, and I hopeto get a reply.

Wsa looking for a pair of Folding wayfarers but in a frame & lens combo that Ray ban dont make. I contacted YDS spoke to a very pleasant chap who informed me that I could order the stle I wanted & they would fit the lenses before dispatch. Coul take up to 2 weeks. Within 1 week I had an email & a text confirming dispatch! Glasses arrived quickly and in the combination I wanted but sadly I had ordered the wrong size. They were too small. YDS accepted a return but sadly the replacement I wanted was out of stock & could take 2-12 weeks for delivery. Again this information was given quickly & accurately. I decided to take a refund because of the timescale & again, very quickly the money was back in my account. I'm still struggling to find what Iam looking for available for immediate delivery from anyone else. This tells me that YDS were completely honest with the information they gave. I would not hesitate to order from YDS again, in fact I may well do when the model I'm looking for becomes available. Use this company with confidence.

do not send any order confirmation, they are not answering emails. and they are not giving refund and do not accept to cancel your order, whether its shipped or not How stupid is that In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within seven working days. Maybe i should take a lawyer...

Very bad (non-existent) communication. They posted the items I ordered very late and through an inconvenient method despite a surcharge I paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery. Never replied any of my emails.

They sold me a pair of Tag Heuer 0301 Spring Frames for £161.75 (£141.75 + £20) postage BUT shipped me a spare bridge valued by them at £25 A COMPLETE RIP-OFF Whatever you do, don't go near them!!!
