I purchased a cardigan to wear for 2 weddings with 10 days notice but didn't receive the item until 5 days after the second wedding!
Apparently it was Royal Mail's fault because they didn't scan the item so it couldn't be tracked but numerous phone calls to Woolovers only ever produced the same response of 'wait another 5 days before we send a replacement'!
Thankfully the cardigan is beautiful and excellent value but the delivery service was shocking which is a shame because it has scared me from buying online from here again.
I would recommend to a friend but only if they didn't need it in a hurry.
