The service I received was very professional. As a quality manager with many years experience, this is my highest compliment.
The review process is not so good. You know the goods that I bought and so asking me to tell your agent what I bought is a pain. Don't expect me to do your job for you!
Same concept with my email address. You already know this.
I am not really interested in joining a club. Having a "user name" is not necessary and annoying when you tell me I can't use my own name because someone else is already using it. Asking me for a user name and then telling me I can't use it is highly irritating, hence the user name.
The poor customer service rating is because of the above and not the actual service which I rated most highly.
