I have a problem with one of the items I received. I asked to return it with a exact replacement of it, but Woolovers told me I needed to return at my expense. The item was clearly inappropriately made/knitted and I am doubtful that I will purchase from Woolovers again. I expected, like most people, that if the product was unacceptable because of the manufacturer's defect, that the retailer with gladly accept responsibility and return shipment to them for replacement at no cost to the consumer. I am sorry, now, that I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and that is the attitude they have to offer. So, NO, I would not recommend or purchase again. I contacted Woolovers at least twice, and each time they told me the same story that I would have to pay the postage sending it back.
