“Faulty zipper”

I bought Lincoln Zipper Cardigan. The zipper is VERY hard to operate. It appears that the slide part of the zipper is defective in that it is loose and poorly constructed so that it does not accept the inset side of the zipper without repeated attempts and a substantial amount of giggling around. If your hands were cold, and fingers sort of stiff/numb, it would be impossible. The price of the sweater was fair, but the shipping costs are so great that it is not practical to return. The sweater is essentially useless. I will use it for cat bedding.
