The sweaters we bought are decent quality. The English Wool ones are the best that we bought. Prices are good. I returned one sweater - a beige cashmere/merino v-neck because the wool was so thin that any shirt worn underneath showed through. However, I bought a black cashmere/merino sweater earlier and did not have this problem, so it must be with the lighter colours only. The return/exchange was handled efficiently and easily.
