I ordered two sweaters the last week of December. I received them in late January. I realize that I am an ocean away but that seems like a long time for the order to be processed and shipped. When I inquired about my order, I was told there was not a way to track it. That was disappointing. I also have issue with the fact that, before my order was received, the sweaters were being offered at a cheaper price and, with free shipping. While I might order from WoolOvers again, I will do a lot of shopping around and price watching before I place the order. I will also order in August so that I am sure my sweaters arrive before it gets to be the coldest part of the year. You have a good product and a great idea. There could be a little fine tuning to make those of us on this side of the Atlantic a little happier.
