Here is a copy of an email I have just sent to this 'company' I suggest everyone complains about them to the Office Of Fair Trading and Their local Ombudsman to stop them ripping off more people.
This email was sent in response to one I had from them disputing the delivery address. I responded with, concerned that their website was no longer available. They responded that it was being "upgraded". This was my final response:
Dear 'Undress'
I am sorry but I do not believe you.
If your website was being upgraded you would still be able to find the url.
Your domain name is not available to be found on any search engine. See below screen-grab

Because of this I am very concerned about the money I have spent with you and the non-delivery of the item.
(If only I had found these reviews before I ordered from you!!!).
I have disputed the credit card payment with the bank and do not wish to do business with you. I have ordered the same dress from another company who have a guarantee and have spoken with me directly and confirmed my order.
I do not believe you have made or sent the item at all, I have provided you with a delivery address no less than three times already.
I look forward to having my money refunded and will be leaving a very negative review of your business on-line.
I have copied the Queensland Ombudsmen and also the Office Of Fair Trading so that they can issue an alert about your business practices.
If you have had problems with this company, send complaints to the Queensland Offices.
