I wish I could post photographs on this site. I sent them to the company to demonstrate why I was requesting the "full refund" promised on their website.

The dress fit my daughter but that was it. No shoulder straps as advertised (we could have lived with that). The slit to just above knee height was overhung by the chiffon skirt, the side seams puckered. Basically unless taken to a seamstress the dress was not wearable.

I was offered a 15% refund "for the cost of the dress", threatened that I would have to pay tax and postage of approx £40 if sent the dress back. Eventually we settled on £50 refund which means I am left with having paid £49 for a dress that cannot be worn.

I view that as a fair cost for my own stupidity.
