I purchased from tvcmall on November 17th, 2015 my package was never shipped out and tvcmall said ups had it and they do, my tracking number shows no information on it. Tvcmall will not provide correct information regarding my package. My package was almost 300.00 usd. I just got off phone with paypal to put a dispute/ claim in for full refund in 10 days. I will never do business with them again. I received email responses but they all said the same thing  'item has been in customs clearance' I think it was an automated email response.
