We ordered a jacket for my sons Christmas present 7th Dec
Chased every week or so till 28th Feb by which time I requested a refund.
Chased this several times after emails to and fro advising refund was being done and they apologise for the delays...... 5th April and still no refund.
Today I have logged this company with trading Standards

I wish I had researched into this company before placing my order, do not make the same mistake.

They do not deserve even the 1 star
