We ordered 2 pairs of combat trousers at the beginning of October 2012 for 3-5 day delivery. We paid on ordering and when after 2 weeks they hadn't arrived we emailed a complaint and were told we could not have a refund as in the small print we had to wait 28 working days for delivery. After waiting for this period (essentially 6 weeks) we were told the trousers were still not in stock and we could have a refund. Still waiting for the refund on 7th January 2013 and have now contacted trading standards and will be contacting our card provider. Have emailed them this morning telling them of our actions and have received an automated reply saying that the office is closed until 2nd January 2013! That was 5 days ago or do they use a different calender. NEVER use this company.

DONT LET THM FOB YOU OFF THEY TRIED WITH ME SAYING ITS THE MAIL. SO I SPOKE TO ROYAL MAIL AND GUESS WHAT ITS DOWN TO THE PERSON THAT SOLD THE GOODS NOT THE PERSON WHO BOUGHT IT I ALSO GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE FRAUD SECTION OF THE POLICE AND THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE TO REPORT IT THEN THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT AND HOPEFULY CLOSE THEM DOWN
