I was one of 3 who ordered ponchos from their website. When ordering it said in clear red writing....in stock....which to any normal person means they have them in their hands ready for delivery......oh no no no no! What this means is that they are willing to take your money, charge you extra for a speedy delivery (2-5days) when in fact they mean 28 days and then not inform you that the product is in fact not in stock at all and they are awaiting the delivery of stock. Very poor customer service, information and basically everything. What a bunch of amateurs! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I could not recommend them to anyone.
