dont buy from this sham company and sham people they never refund you or answer i dont know how these people gonna show their faces to Allah with making haram money, i would love to give 0 star with lots of bad wishes to them . finally i got my refund from Paypal after 4 months of dispute procedure even i had all the proofs this company was no show . big thumbs down.

Don’t Order !!! Ordered early March 23 x 2 orders included - 6 suits and value of total £150 they Sent me 1 completely wrong item and 2 did not fit and were different colours , I sent 3 back to them paid for next day postage and 3 weeks still no reply to my emails and no answer to phone calls as number is which was on the parcels is not even connecting!!! Always great quality clothing, good style & ethical. I would recommend it to my friends and family. The clothes are comfortable and are made to size which fits perfectly.

Still waiting for my refund for goods i sent back one month ago. Please be afraid of Allah keeping money of innocent people is a big sin, you should be ashamed, all i want is my money back or you can pay it in after life its upto you.

Suitsmeonline is very bad company u have to beg for u r own money i returned clothes and asked for refund they said that they refunded me the money but they never give u refund I have lost £200 i will never buy clothes from suits me online so please don't buy it

Customer service is terrible will just send any clothes they have in stock to try and fulfil your order. Returns / refund forget about it , you will have to fight for months to get your money back ! Save ur self the hassle and just go else here

I had bought a lot of dresses in a single order ( 13 suits in total) and received the order in a couple of days. The clothes were of pathetic quality and not at all looked like what they were advertised. So i choose to return them and then called them for refund which they said will be done within 28 days. Nothing came back in a month so i rang them again, the lady whom i spoke to , told me it will be refunded in 15 days. so i patiently waited for another 15 days but not even a penny came back in my account. Another 3 months went by and these guys keep dragging it on in the similar fashion and came up with new excuses like management has changed. But they never paid a penny. Finally while browsing internet i found out that i can talk to my credit card issuer bank and raise the issue with them . So i called my bank and i have raised this transaction as a disputed one. They have informed that i will get to hear from them in a week time. In the meantime i have kept all evidences ( receipt/ Post office receipt) with me. Let's see how it goes. Anyone who is reading this , please never buy anything from these cheats. They should be banned from doing business in UK as they don't comply with the rule.

suits me is an organisation with no service standards and lie all the time they never refund and best to take them to trading standards and also solicitors as they are all full of false promises, REPORT THEM

I ordered 2 suits 1 came the other didn't they said it wasn't in stock and a refund was in place it's been 2 months no refund instead a guy rang twice within 2 hours saying " sister your £10 is in good hands of u buy something we will give u £10 off" he rang in Urdu and English I understand both btw he kept pressuring me to buy more I refused and demanded a refund. Another person rang giving another stupid excuse saying we can't refund u we have to send you a check in the post but only if you buy something. I am never buying from here again. Bad customer service and the suit shrunk in one wash. They also charged £5 delivery and their website says 3-5 day dispatch mine was despatched after a week. When I ordered 2 days before eid up fitr it said next day despatch which also didn't happen false advertising

Like many disappointed customers I had very similar experience with this company, placed order several phone calls later and emails I decided to cancel the order after waiting more than 20 days. I called and sent email still 2 days later order arrived I sent it back using recorded courier requested refund was told I had to wait 28 days which I later found was against the law see link you should be refunded within 14 days. However after 28 days still no refund so I contact my bank and them I want to use "Chargeback Scheme" to get refund, bank sent a letter to suitesme and copy to me, typically they did not respond or refunded so I was asked by the bank to provide invoice, evidence of return and company agreement to refund me which I did and I got full refund. Hope this helps you and you get all your hard earned money back.

Made order and never recieved items. Phoned and emailed to complaim and find out where my order is and was fobbed of by telling me my order has been dispatched and will reach me by the following day. Waited in for the parcel agaim and nothing arrived. Phoned again and person on the other end lied again and said it defo will be there again tomo and if not they will refund me postage. No refund for postage given nor did my items arrive. When asked to speak to manager you are given to another person who isnt the manager or they cut the call. Very poor customer service and care. This is a very honest feedback and i would avoid buying from here at all costs. Definately an eye opener for me. I still didnt get my refund for anything and had to go through my bank to dispute it to get my money back. Are happy to take your money but not deliver goods on time in the furst place then lie about it being delivered the following day and then not sending goods in the first place. I will be repirting this store to trading standards. Also no point contacting them via the email address for complaints provided. All fake as noone responds to you! Very very poor customer service. Avoids suitesme at all costs.

I have never come across such a poor customer service!! They charged me an extra £113 and said they were going to give a full refund. This refund was meant to be given back to me in October 2015, it is now July 2016 and I still have not received anything!I keep calling to see why they have not given back my money yet and each of the sale advisors constantly say they do not know why or there have been some "technical issues" I have repeatedly asked to speak to the Manager, yet I have never spoken to them!! This is so ridiculous! I honestly hope they get closed down. Reading other people's reviews most of them have had the same problem. So please, if you are reading this I urge you tell your friends and family NOT to shop here!!!

I ordered an item in March 2016, I never received it. When I called to enquire I was told that they had received my payment but the item I wanted was no longer available and asked me to choose another item. They were going to just sit on my money and not send me anything if I had not bothered chasing this up. I asked for a refund and they said they would send it within a week. I sent them an email to confirm the refund - no acknowledgment from them! To date still no refund just keep getting good told by the person I dealt with that he will get someone else to call me back!!

Suits me have recently tried selling designer suits which are not designer but copies. Having tried to order one as soon as it was available and not having received one yet I'm sure they must have been reported to trading standards. Please do not waste your time and money with them. You'll only be let down.

When suits me first come on the market there designs were trendier and material was of better quality. i havent shopped in this shop now for a few years as i find there clothing items very tacky shoddy and of cheap quality, something you would expect ona indian market stall in a poor part of the world.

I did order 2 suits from suits me online and I got 1 item and another one is wasn't their stock. So I said please return my money but It's been 1 month now I didn't get my money. Whenever I called them they are saying same word your money processing but I didn't get my money. So I request to everyone do not order from suits me It's bloody froud company.

I ordered suites in july got my order quickly however they were different to the pictures online and poor quality so i contacted them and they replaced them however still the same but i kept few and the items i didnt want sent them back around end of july and called to check if everything received, was told yes and my refund will be processed. Been waiting so i emailed mid august as the number they have charges a huge amount on mobiles which i wasnt aware until i got my bill, anyways i got a reply saying my refund will be in my account next week, thats in mid august. Still no refund i been emailing now no more replies so i started calling from last week thats second week in september all i get is i will get a call back. Again nothing so i called back again today and literally went mad they have no intention of refunding my money thats £339 a lady called mavish spoke to me and said she will only refund for me as a favour because i have been calling and waiting so long but £100 a week because its a huge amount otherwise i can use the balance to order something else from them. I had no more patience left i went absolutely mad they got the goods and my money and being cheeky saying doing a favour on me i gave it to her straight so finaly she said she will refund the full amount in 15 days if not she will contact me i dont need to call anymore. I dont trust this company anymore i so regret for wasting my hard earned money and feel sad n sick by how people can do this i just read the reviews and wishd i had knew before. Btw the guy who been dealing with my orders his name is zubair the lier. This is day light robbery. Well i will wait the 15 days and if still the same problem then i am taking this further to watchdog and get these lot under investigation because i just read and found im not the only customer they been doing this with every customer. Please and i repeat please do not support this company by giving them your money by ordering from them we are helping them with conning people. One star is still being very generous they dont even deserve a star!!!

i recently bought a trouser suits from this clothing company. And surprisingly i got it on time and quality was much better in just £19.99
