I placed an order on the 11th September using pay pal ( which I wouldn't recommend to anyone!) as it didn't take me back to their home page after the payment was sent it didn't register my order - so they had no order to process on their side!

I checked straight away on my accounts section and realized the orde wasn't showing so I rang the concerning department.
They explained what had happened & reassured me that they would return the money within 3 working days to my account as their was no order showing on their system.

After nearly one month & 4 phone calls & my bill I still haven't received my money back!!!!!

This is ridiculous

two of my items weren't in stock - I was only contacted by landline 'twice' APARENTLY and no attempt by email. they still have not refunded my money, also size guide was wrong so item I DID receive doesn't fit me! and is missing dupatta, for which 'unfortunate' incidence they offered my £2 off my 'NEXT ORDER" which I DEFINITELY DO NOT FEEL COMPELLED TO MAKE!!
NOW MY EMAILS ARE BEING IGNORED. NO SIGN OF MY £7.98 THEY OWE ME...
ALSO ON COMPANY CHECK THE suitsme is dissolved..
next step I am thinking to contact watchdog or similar for these RATS!

I have had the same issue--I used visa, and tried to check out an order that was 57.2 pounds. It wouldn't recognize it, so I tried 6 times. Later the bank called and informed me that the transaction was made 6 times, with 343.2 pounds. Whereas the website did not recognize ANY of my orders. I keep ringing and they say they'd check into it and call back, but they don't. Did you get your money back?
