“Incompetent in the extreme”

This company does not understand the meaning of customer service! I ordered 2 items; after 2 weeks I had not received anything so checked my account to find the main item had been cancelled due to lack of stock (although it was still showing as available on the site). I emailed to find out what was going on and to cancel the other item in the order (which was shown as delayed 7 days after expected delivery date) as I didn't want to pay delivery charges just for one small item - 5 days later I still haven't heard anything except the automated message telling me all emails will be answered withing 24 hours. If that order goes through and they try to charge me for delivery I'll hit the roof. Refuse to pay out for 0871 number when I know I'll be on hold for ages. Don't need the stress.
