Ordered my sari three weeks ago. Spoke to someone before I palced the order. Asked them if I can have it before September 1, 2017. There respond was sure of course. It was August 29,2017 still no update on my order or a tracking number stating it was out to ship. I try calling them from August 26 all the way to August 29,2017 for a update no response. On August 29,2017 I left messages on whatsapp and email stating I will not get my order on time please cancel my order no response. On August 30,2017 I get a message from DHL stating the package was just picked. Don't understand why they decided to delivery it two days before the day of my event. I got the sari on September 1,2017 at 4pm. Which I had no use of. Up to now I did not get a response from anyone. Now I'm stuck with a sari I don't need and a waste of my money.
