In one order I got several dresses and tops. I ordered sizes that I thought would fit. They provide the sizes in inches. I'd expect a 42" blouse would fit a 42" bust, but it's the actual size of the garment! I had to pay the postage to return everything to an address in CA. I never got a refund.

Buyers beware, I ordered 3 items from this company, and received one. I contacted their customer services several times and you just get fobbed off. I am going through Paypal to try and get my money back.

I ordered 3 wigs and they were not even close to the pictured colors. Should have been dark blond and one was black with white stripes, one was auburn and the other, just strange. Donated one and 2 are for Halloween. The return policy is laborious, not worth the time and effort. Not expensive so just paid for them and told them I will never order again. My review on there web site was not posted. Found this site so people will know the truth. I also ordered a garment in an extra large and it is way to small.

order came within 10 days,then all downhill ,4 shirts ordered none fitted.ordered xl for 42 chest still 2 inches from doing up noy going to send back more money ill lose.0ne shirt was about 6 inches from doing up,still I`ve got best car wash rags in street. do not bother

I cannot describe how big of piece of junk this shirt is. I ordered a Capt America shirt back in the first week of January. Their site claims 8-15 days shipping and then gives you all sorts of excuses as to why it takes a month. I'm 6' 200-ish pounds...The sleeves come 3-4 inches short on my arms, the body comes down to my belly button and the quality is worthy of...well, the trash can which is exactly where it went. I'll take the $14 loss because it will cost more to ship it back than what I paid...which is what this company COUNTS on. Look around the net before ordering...there are more sites trashing this company than praising it...that should tell you something. I should have researched them more but got hung up on the selection and price...bad on me! They take images from other sites and try to make it match. I ordered an XL because I don't like these shirts skin tight. It fits like a SCUBA top! Yet another classic example of a Chinese ripoff company! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I opened up a ticket on Sammy dress reporting that they only sent me one wig after I order 4 they told me all orders where shipped I ordered the wigs on 12/14/15 they sent me one on 1/18/16 I filed a case with PayPal and it is still pending because Sammy dress wants to refund me $4.25 when I paid a total of $38.90.They still owe me three more wigs. Never again will I buy from them.

THE ITEMS I ORDERED WERE ALL VERY SMALL. I AM 5'7" AND 130 POUNDS. THE ITEMS FIT MY 10-YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER!! THE RETURN POLICY IS HORRIBLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE!!!

Where do I begin? I placed 3 separate orders and so far I've received the very LAST order I placed, the other two were placed about a month and a half ago and still haven't gotten them. Getting ahold of anyone from this company is a complete joke, I did have someone write back ONCE in broken English saying that the package would be shipped out 10-25 days from when that email was sent, okay so now we are talking 2 months after I paid for the items. I am also more interested in getting a refund on those other two items as they are winter items and it doesn't sound like I'll be getting them anytime soon but if getting a refund is anything like trying to get through to customer service, then it's not even worth it. I'll be writing to the BBB about this company because I believe it's all a big trick, I will NEVER EVER order from Sammydress again. It'd be nice to know ahead of time that you'll be waiting at LEAST 2 months out for any orders. The one order I did get was not great quality and not worth the $8 I spent on it.

It's been almost a month and they haven't even mailed my order.. at this point I'm more interested in getting my money back..but the time I get the coat winter will be over..

I ordered three shirts, after 3 months I got two of them, I ordered big sizes incase they run small, do they ever, I can't even get them on.Don't know if I will ever get the other one I'm sure I won't be able to wear it either, don't waste your money or time. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN, YOU GET SCREWED BIG TIME.

Ordered/Paid, 9/5/15, it is now 10/12/15, and I haven't received my order yet. I have emailed them twice with no response. I cannot comment on the item, because I have not received it. If my order is going to take 2 months to get to me, I would at least like to know it. A few words of explanation would be greatly appreciated.

1. All my clothes are Medium. But SammyDress's Medium would not fit on a small child"! 2. You can not actually communicate with them, but then I don't speak Chink. If you waste your time trying to get a "service ticket", after filling in the whole form, it asks you for your email and PASSWORD. THIS WAS THE FIRST MENTION anywhere in the order cycle that the word PASSWORD appeared. So much for your "service"! 3. The material looked like some cheap dime-store toy outfit. 4. Be very sceptical about any "good" reviews. You can bet they were submitted by every Sammy employee under penalty of being fired. That's how they roll.

I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO SHOP FROM SAMMYDRESS.AND THIS IS WHAT I WILL TELL ANY ONE I MEET!!!!!!!!

This company is out to rip customers off at any cost. products are cheap; substandard CHINESE made trash; They don't understand ENGLISH. They should be shut down.

i ordered three items none fit i ordered XLG and received extra skinny and there is no refund . you do not get what you order. they suck.

I had to donate everything I ordered from the site to Good Will, as they would not return the items because the sizes, and quality were so poor. What they have pictured on the site is not what you get. Don't waste your money, please. For a return, it has to be "damaged" and the first step is to send them pictures of the "damage" and then they will consider a refund of your money. It is sad that they are pulling pictures of well made garments and then reproducing them with low quality materials, sizing was not even close, and the construction was terrible. I have learned my lesson. I will never go near this site again.

Worth repeating!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SAMMY DRESS!!!! I am a size 4-6 and ordered a medium since I know cheap clothes run smaller. A 10 yr old could not wear a med. I looked looked and looked for a return slip and there was nothing so I went online and nothing there so called 1-800 number ad it was busy. SO try online chat this time and I was 28 in line. Tried 4 more times and to chat and was always 25-29 people in front of me. No doubt that that many people are furious at falling for this website and cheap prices as the pictures look great. Do not fall for this. I was advised after 4th try on chat to take a picture of each item to return and return it only they did not give me a return address. This place is a sham and I made a $167 mistake that I would love to not have done. I have some friends who their daughters play with barbies so I'm giving it to them for their dolls. I just want to keep others from making this mistake!

I think my 3 year old would get more use out of this swimsuit. XL -seriously? Not even remotely close. Waited a dogs age for it to get here, for nothing. Not worth the headache of returning. BUYER BEWARE. Horrible material too. Wouldn't have lasted long.

I ordered twice from them the material from the exact same dress was perfect ordered it again in a larger size because their size chart is not what is advertised. The second dress came in in pajama material. Then when I called the company, no one answers or answers emails.
