I ordered a bag online a few weeks out from Christmas. When it did not arrive in the indicative time I contacted them to ask when I should expect the bag. I was informed that that item was out of stock and offered for me to select another bag at 10% off. I was annoyed because they had already debited my account for an item that they could not deliver. However, I did look through the rest of their range but there was no suitable alternative.
In the last 6 weeks I have sent 4 email requests asking for my money to be refunded. They have not responded at all to my last email which I sent a month ago.
I have kept all the electronic dialogue as proof of the poor ethics and customer service of this company.
